Liberty842 carried out a research project for ITV Studios, looking into the perception of the brand including the perception of diversity and accessibility in terms of recruitment and retention in the TV industry as a whole.

We analysed social conversation to get real, unguarded insights into TV recruitment and the obstacles that many found when trying to get into the industry.

We offered recommendations on what ITV Studios could do to effectively engage with their audiences and also to help generate a more diverse and inclusive approach to recruitment and retention.
